I have a Disability - how to book tickets.
Persons with a disability pay for their tickets online or on the gate and their carer has free entry to the festival. We request the PIP or a photo of a Blue Badge (will need to see both sides). Offering these free tickets presents a risk of fraud if not handled carefully. That’s why we put measures in place to ensure that this scheme is not abused and will require evidence to support your request.
- A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
- Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides)
- War Pensions Mobility allowance
- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
Disability Access
The festival is held in Montpellier Gardens which is a grass area of land. Normally in good weather the land is easy to access with a wheelchair. It should be noted that if there is rain then the ground may become wet and muddy which will make the use of wheelchairs difficult. If you have any concerns on the day, contact our team (seen in orange High Vis jackets) and we will do our best to help.
