This includes venue hire charges, lighting, setup, staff, advertising, music, street theatre, celebrity chefs, presenters and children’s entertainment. Additionally, it contributes to essential aspects such as park cleaning, insurance, security, and maintenance of trees and grounds, with payments made to the Cheltenham Borough Council.

The masterclass fee is allocated to cover specific costs associated with the masterclass experience. This includes providing samples of cheese, craft beer, craft cider, wine, rum, as well as covering staff and presenters involved in delivering the masterclass. Your participation in the masterclass helps support and enhance this unique and enriching aspect of the festival.

Children under 16years are free to attend when accompanied by a ticket buying adult, we never charge for children and there is no ticket given by us for children.
