Post is a restaurant in Newnham on Severn with a blackboard menu of seasonal dishes, the rhythm between the garden, kitchen and our rural community is constant, with harvests and local producers arriving daily. Our aim is to serve seasonal food of the highest quality, reflecting the people we work with and the land that sustains us.
Before launching the kitchen at Post, Fred was the head chef at Marle restaurant at Heckfield Place in Hampshire, where he famously earned a Green Michelin star for his sustainable approach to cooking.
