Kyle Hassall, the culinary talent behind Catering Thyme, The Boathouse, and Mojitos in Upton in Worcestershire.
Kyle’s style is modern British tapas, having been trained mostly in Mediterranean cuisine and opened his first restaurant at the age of 18 where he was placed in the Guinness book of records as the world’s youngest sole restaurateur.
Kyle currently owns 2 restaurants, but his passion is teaching and spreading the word on locally sourced ingredients and flavour fusion.
He particularly enjoys creating dishes with unusual flavour combinations but simplifying dishes so that people can easily try at home.
