James Grant - The Bucks Cheese Guy

I’ve been involved in cheese all of my life, both personally and professionally. I love cheese it is really quite an addiction.

After working in some of the finest restaurants and hotels, including Cliveden, Claridges, The Lanesborough, Wiltons, Jumeirah Carlton Tower, The Bluebird… I decided to open a cheese and wine shop in 2010 named No2 Pound Street based in the picturesque Buckinghamshire Chilterns.

Whilst No2 continues to run, I mainly concentrate on my own business “Bucks Cheese Guy”. My mission is to spread the word on hand made artisan British cheese and champion those behind it. I do this by selling the finest cheese at handpicked proper artisan markets, teaching Academy of Cheese courses, and doing talks about cheese, with pairings of wine and other beverages.
