Fotografiska Bread and Wine and 3 Star Michelin Chef Bjorn Frantzen’s Astoria in Stockholm. He has also
cooked in iconic locations from the fjords of Norway to the heart of London.
His television credits include Chef Race (BBC America), Head Chef at River Cottage, Hairy Bikers, Great British Waste Menu, BBC Breakfast, Food Network, and more. His down-to-earth, humorous approach has earned him a dedicated fan base.
