Italian Chef Felice Tocchini owner of award winning Feli’s Restaurant & Cookery School. His passion lies in using fresh, seasonal produce with an Italian twist blending his Italian roots with British/local influences. He is known for his creativity and experimentation having created the World’s first unsinkable biscuit. 

Felice has appeared as a celebrity Chef on multiple television shows including The One Show, Countryfile and The Gadget Show.

Felice grew up in Italy and trained at the prestigious Ferdinando Martini Catering College, cooking was the place he could express his flare for the arts while working with people. 

Much like in Italy, Felice often changes his menu depending on what he has available throughout the year, sourcing locally. Felice remains known for his culinary creativity, and he has worked alongside a number of celebrity chefs, including Christopher Novelli.
