Join Head Chef, Mathieu Blanchard, as he showcases his culinary skills and teaches us the importance of environmentally conscious cooking. On the menu for this fabulous demonstration is a smoked salmon lasagna with homemade nasturtium oil from our kitchen gardens. Mathieu will also be plucking one audience member to give him a helping hand – no experience needed but a big appetite might be useful for taste testing!
