Damien Wager - Edible Art Patisserie

Damien Wager is a self-taught pastry chef, who over the past few years has risen towards the top of the U.K. Pastry Chef rankings due to his numerous exploits & achievements.

Damien founded Edible Art Patisserie Limited in December 2017 whilst working as a consultant pastry chef. He agreed on a deal to launch his debut book ‘Edible Art’ in October 2019, which has currently sold in 44 countries worldwide in hardcover format. Damien released his second published project, ‘Breaking the Mould’, in March 2021 & has since released ‘Cocoa’ which showcases the very best of his work to date.

In August 2020, Edible Art Patisserie opened their flagship store in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham; which is now where everything is produced, as well as all classes are held.

The Edible Art Patisserie Macaron Boutique’s are now permanent features in three Harvey Nichols stores – Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds, offering incredible macarons and chocolate bonbons to customers visiting the department store.
