Angela Clutton – The Vinegar Cupboard – 2.00pm to 3.00pm

Angela is a food writer, food historian and professional cook and has written on food and drink for the Daily Telegraph,  the Independent and Country Life and I regularly write for Borough Market for whom I  host the hugely popular Borough Market Cookbook Club. 

Angela’s debut book The Vinegar Cupboard (published in March 2019) won the Jane Grigson Trust Award 2018 and was shortlisted for the André Simon Food and Drink Awards 2019.
