The Seven Tuns Restaurant – 2.30pm to 3.15pm

Here at The Seven Tuns, Chedworth we pride ourselves on sourcing local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients coupled with great service and a fantastic wine list.

Tom has a huge passion for English rose veal and the plight of the male calves from the dairy industry. Tom will be preparing a warm salad of cured rose veal with peas, broad beans, baby artichokes, truffle, and goats’ curd.

Simon will be sharing some of his wine expertise, offering a pairing for the dish and we will offer a taste of some favorites from the pub.
