Victoria’s restaurant at The Queens Hotel is one of Cheltenham’s most up and coming dining experiences. Under the watchful eye of Executive Head Chef, Simon Diprose the menus and creative, seasonal dish engineering has been transformed and, his focus on providing and supporting local provenance where possible, has significantly improved the choice, taste and presentation of dishes across the entire hotel. 

Simon’s sous chef Stan Arapoglou, born in Russia and raised in Greece will be presenting one of Simon’s signature dishes, a Cajun salmon fillet, spinach mousse, nori power, pickled cauliflower – bursting with flavour, this dish is available on the menu today.  Stan is a graduate of Le Monde Culinary School, with early childhood memories involve good wholesome food and the laidback lifestyle of the Greek countryside.
