Seasonal Cooking with Alice Robertson – 12.30pm to 1.15pm

Alice will be demonstrating Spicy Chickpea Burgers with Harrisa Yogurt and Quick Summer Pickle.

My interest in seasonal produce was sown by my Dad who’s a keen gardener and cook. Throughout the seasons he would provide simple and delicious meals using whatever was growing in the vegetable patch at the time.

Although I am a professionally trained chef, my style of cooking is simple. My workshops and private catering are not fine dining foams and tuiles, but fresh and honest food celebrating beautiful seasonal produce.

Through my workshops I share with you my experience of cooking with seasonal fruit and vegetables to create simple yet delicious meals which you can recreate at home.
